Versatile Kaftan... Or, Why I love to wear kaftan so much?

June 02, 2015

When a woman can mix elegance and comfort, she has the perfect outfit. Whether she is going out shopping, to a formal wedding, or just lounging on the couch with a good book, she wants to feel unencumbered, light, and beautiful. The Kaftan is the ideal garment to fulfill these needs.

Some people may have the wrong impression of Kaftans. They might think they are too ethnic or too outdated. Some may think they are worn to cover up an unappealing body shape. None of this is true. In fact, the Kaftan is flattering to all types of figures. The thing that makes this garment absolutely perfect is that is incredibly versatile. Depending on where you are going or how you want to present yourself, will decide on the style of Kaftan for you. There are fabulous loose-fitting dresses that you can let flow, or accentuate your waist with a sash. There are Kaftans that drape to your feet, or they can end slightly above the knee, accentuating your shapely legs. Kaftans can have a v-neck or low neckline, be embroidered with gold or colorful stitching, and can be decorated with beading or ribbons. The styles are endless. The bottom line is that a woman can feel rich and confident, going anywhere, anytime of day or night when she is dressed in a Kaftan suited just for her.
